Sarah Kawahara’s “Palette of Choreography Workshop” at Ice Den Scottsdale provided valuable information for all levels of our figure skaters from Basic Skills to senior competitors. The skaters experienced building a group ensemble program and were allowed freedom to expand on their own choreographic abilities. I would also recommend this program to all figure skating coaches to help develop your coaching knowledge.

Sarah's workshops are a wonderful avenue to have your athletes explore and develop their performance and creativity. They really open the door for the athletes to find their own inspiration and to see how that can connect with movement and music on the ice. In a day where we are all so focused on technical proficiency, it is nice to have a fun outlet to develop the athletes performance and movement skills as well.
